It seems to me I also do some sharing in that arrangement [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

But on a more serious note, sure I understand that if we had rotations the lists would be long. It'd be like 5-10 guilds immediately, and then as time wore on that number would be 15. But I don't think that is worse than the situation we have now, where the vast majority of people don't get to participate at all, and those that do burn out fast after spending 40 hours a week poopsocking VS. I haven't seen Motec around recently . . .

It takes 20 people to kill almost anything. These big raid guilds designed around constant tracking and 24/7 availability would be multiple guilds.

Every person on P99 has the opportunity to experience high-end content. You have your options of FE/IB or TMO for the most part - neither are closed on recruitment. As is the nature of any MMO, whether it be on an emulated server or live, the element of competition and time invested will determine what level of content you want to/will see.
