I'm not entirely sure but don't a lot of spells have duplicate messages? "Soandso's skin ignites." for example is one I think couple be a lot of spells, etc. Life taps, etc all the same. I'm not sure how parsing was done back in the day.

Let us know about what spells have duplicate messages. This can probably be fixed. I have fixed a few places this happens already.
