Judging by the comment about the Europa management I don't think the OP needs to be informed how to reach the site.

I'm under the impression this is a group of disgruntled, probably Italian, players breaking up from Europa.
Looking from the outside I had no idea which group was in control of Europa, but it's not a shock that it's run by Germans, after all they are from the most populated country in central Europe. Plus, that eagle on the site screams Germany all over it.
