Once you kill the gargoyle guard in the corner start your timer. All mobs in CY have a 30 minute respawn. If you have enough time keep working your way around the courtyard in a counter clockwise fashion until you reach the trio of wyverns again and stop and wait for corner. Lower level groups will have to stop and wait longer due to down time. Make sure to harmony pull anything you decide to try.

METHOD 1: Kill Ziglark
As you zone into Skyshrine from Wakening Lands, go through the gate and then make a right. Go up the stairs. Ziglark spawns in the room on the left after you reach the top of the stairs. Ziglark is on a 22 minute timer. You will know when you are there because he is camped 24 hours a day due to the demand of the key and his short spawn time. WARNING: Bad faction hit for killing him against Claws of Veeshan

They mean Ziglark Whisperwing
