Um, all of the times I've had to take a piss test it's always been a couple of days after the interview. You don't actually piss in a cup in front/near your future boss. You get an appointment for a lab and you go in. Just fyi since it sounds like you're new to the whole job thing

Yeah, I've always had to go to a lab. Employer has never sent it in for me.
