Can't zone into Paineel

Only time I've ever had this issue, but when I try to zone into Paineel I get a message saying that I do not have the required files, and that the zone is not ready for visitors and that I should try again in a moment, or something to that effect. No other zones have ever done this. Would a reinstall fix?

Edit: reinstalled and fixed.
