I love that they call it Obama-care. Lets deflect attention away from the fact that this was the Republican option, championed and tested in Massachusetts by Mitt Romney.
The biggest problem with the law is it does nothing to control costs. We still pay more for worse outcomes than most of the developed world.

What's funny is that if healthcare was taxed like income none of this would be a problem. People would buy actual health insurance (i.e. catastrophic) and pay for other expenses out of pocket. If hospitals actually had to compete on price they would suddenly become much more efficient. P.S. I just know that when Barkingturtle was writing his post he was thinking 'Man, Archalen was posting such an obvious troll and yet Sidelle bit anyway, I wonder how far I can take this . . . nah, this can't possibly work . . . but maybe . . ."
