True I was cool with Gaffin, did a plat swap with him (my red for his blue) a couple of months back to help him get his rogue started. Then the "Gaffin = fag" threads appeared.

I questioned these as surely the nice guy I had encountered wasn't a fag. Then he started doing bad shit, posting accounts for sale in EQ's equivalent of the Silk Road.

I didn't want to believe... but alas. I think the turning point was getting jumped by Gaffin + 4 pals on Abacab's short lived CB server.

basically sums up my experiences with Gaffin.... minus the plat transfer, plus a few crypt groups.

he's very much got two poles to his personality.... some days on the forums he'd be witty and fairly intelligent.... other days he'd be a confrontational, racist, homophobic loudmouth. split personality act.
