Supremacy leadership is looking into this. Although Sepctre's are FTE as the rules said, there is a common courtesy regarding having certain spectre's camped. If you leave the spec you're holding its generally assumed to be free. If I leave the AC camp I'm at now to go sell, or res someone inside Oasis zoneline and someone else shows up.. I lose my camp.

We in Supremacy have a rule about "not being a dick". Thank you for bringing this to Supremacy leadership's attention.

Bad form taking this straight to the forums. Did you contact anyone else in Supremacy and give them a chance to work shit out first?
Was sort of humming and hawing whether or not I should post about it but of you're going to call someone out and name-shame you really should do it in RnF. I would also agree with Andervin in that you should try to reach out to guild leadership first before making a post.

Fwiw it sounds like you were right based on your account.

I've had a Supremacy member do more or less the same thing once. Really rude attitude as well. I'm sure all Supremacy members aren't like this but there's a few floating around.

I've gotten in the habit of taking a screenshot with /time and a /who results displaying for the zone. Then getting down to business. If it's a highly desired camp, I'll leave a log running.

If an asshat tries to weasel in, I have my GM report fodder evidence all set to go.

I'd advise you start up the same just for instances like this. You can always delete the screenshot folder + logs when things start to get cluttered up.

Edit - mostly I do the above not to rules lawyer the crap out of someone. we're all here to have fun. It's to protect myself from the douchebag supremes that I might encounter. I've yet to have that happen, thankfully.

BS dude, name and shame in public for all to see, not just the RnF basement dwellers
If you do it in general forums then provide either screenshots or logs to confirm. Witch hunts in RnF, legit call-outs in general.

Two fairly different versions of events from what I am hearing.

This sort of thing is something that /petition is for, if you feel like a player is breaking the server rules there isn't a lot people who do not have GM powers can do if they get conflicting reports.

Going to the forums isn't the best way to go about things. I encourage people to resolve their problems on their own or reach out to GMs or Guild Leaders/Officers.

Can't believe people act like this. We're all adults here. Apparently playing EQ for over a decade has left some players without basic social skills
Is it any surprise that the most unmotivated, unskilled, slimy leeches of our species are drawn to these servers? I mean, you basically have to be able to press a key every now and then and own a computer built in the last 15 years. There's literally no ticket price for this ride and there's no incentive to being a decent person.

Sorry about the spectre. That used to be a favorite solo spot of mine and I hate seeing people getting jacked there.

Not sure I'm reading it correctly, but if someone really did go to sell and wasn't there for a few spawns I would probably give them the camp back out of courtesy (if I thought they were actually there).

Need logs. Also if you leave, you lose the camp. Thats camp basics.

If he tried that on Jeremy he'd get some nasty packets for sure.

I think it's clear that the real bad guy here is the monk that was hoarding the other mobs and forcing two people to fight over one mob. :P
