Best I could come up with is the Gleaming Bastard Sword which is a classic era GM event tradable 2HS. I have never seen one on this server though.
The damage delay is 35/50 though, so while it does make it better than the Claymore the ratio is actually .014 "worse" than Beckon. I would say they are virtually identical though as the .014 difference would not be virtually unnoticeable without hours and hours worth of parsing. Advantage goes to the Gleaming Bastard Sword since it's lore (you can sell it when you upgrade) and it's not restricted by race or class.
