This is good advice.
Also, I don't think some people realize that there's
at least 4 places other than the "sweet spot" noted in the wiki (the one with two spawn points) that can spawn the courier/PH, so there will most likely be a spot available anytime you want to go camp it.
As a druid in the mid 30's I actually prefer the other spots over the "sweet spot" because they have less roamers (I haven't had any problems with the courier being KSed by other NPCs) and are easier to manage at my level.
