Does this mean that all of those guards should be up at the same time, or that these are all of the possible names of guards in neriak?

edit: To clarify, when I'm in neriak foreign quarter pwnzoring dark elves, there are a maximum of 7 guards up on this server (one that's green to a level 35, and 6 that are level 35, one of which is an ogre, two of which guard the front gate, one of has some fairly complicated pathing which sometimes leads him around the front gate, another that's near a ramp going up into neriakb, and another that I haven't seen yet but appears on track).
