The difference with teams 99 is that it appeals to a far wider audience of players , primarily blue players who aren't the same drugged out scumbag flakes that make up such a large percentage of players here. I think realistically we can easily see an average pop of 350 on the teams server. Anyone who thinks teams99 is going to flop really hasn't been paying attention to the huge amount of interest on the forums from new people, again primarily blue players, in this server.

Azrael is far from over, the competition will continue even if it has to take a backseat to some reconstruction and refining. The strong star was no fluke, but rather a strong representation of the type of players we've learned to identify and are presently working on.

I will say this about lite , I unfairly blamed him for the state of azrael, the guy is trying really hard to make it work. Sure he has his spaz moments but he's trying. He's just dealing with the same problem everyone here has dealt with, there's not enough players to recruit and the majority of them app to nihilum immediately and then you lose a large percentage of your guild to nihilum. There just aren't enough people who play enough that you can recruit that can log on at 6am est to contest mobs. It doesn't mean nihilum is evil or anything like that it's just the reality of the server.
