Well after waiting about 2.5 hrs on him to spawn I finally decided to take the faction hit with those filthy Gnomes and dropped Lozani, soon as I killed Lozani he popped instantly, dunno bout you guys but a faction hit with Ak'Anon > hours of waiting [You must be logged in to view images.
