i can agree with this statement, i have logs of hundreds of hours in the zone. and only seen 3 bows drop in my time here.

I think it's in game just super rare. However this quote is taken from pvp bugs section, but A) I'm not sure Aalpha is talking about blue or red and B) I doubt the bow would be in on red but not on blue.
