What I Eat is my fitness excel sheet for my squadron, basically a breakdown of what to cut out, what to add, and exercises to minimize/maximize certain goals people want since we have standardized PT tests. I'm USAF stationed in England.

I was joking because it looks like the mage is wearing a kedge robe and I didn't feel bad for this super twink. If I'm mistaken and its just a green robe (kind of hard to see it could be the high elf mage starter robe) I retract my previous post.
