it works, you just gotta do more than the brackets. It's like "I have been summoned to the hall of truth" or something. I've stood there saying variations on it like an idiot a few times.. it's all good no one will think less of you, go nuts.
Hey while I'm at it! I haven't tested this extensively, but the sharkskin shield quest may be a little messed up. In this quest you go to OOT and kill reef sharks, take their skin or scales or whatever and combine them in a bag. I went to do it for funsies and I spent hours without getting a single one, and yo uneed like 2 or 4 or some number. This quest begins at the dude next to valeron dushire on his balcony, theron rulius or something.. I never actually look at him when I go up there =p
