Launch a new fresh blue server on Velious launch date.

Dont confuse it with manastones, or guises, or crap like that. Just a fresh launch on a new server with velious open following the same timeline as P1999.

Project 2000, a server for PNP, rotations, friendly raiding scene and sleep for people like me who favour bed than staring at dragon spawns.
