Getting through locked doors like that sounds like an exploit - is it classic enough to be overlooked by GMs here? If so, please expound... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I recently discovered the "DoT -> zone -> no exp loss death" phenomenon myself, but it was an NPC-cast DoT. What causes it to fail? Maybe if a DoT tick doesn't kill you outright, but puts you unconscious and then you fail the "pain and suffering" check (total speculation)...

This is pure dipshit gold - could have used it a few times - will try to remember that one, thanks.
Just watch my saved videos on my stream, I do everything I know how to do on there. I PMed ephi (or sirken? can't remember) once and asked about every "trick" I know. He basically said that if there is no risk, it's not kosher. Getting through doors with an illusion and a stalking probe isn't without risk though, cause the probe is like level 5 so it aggros mobs from 3 miles away when you summon it unless you lull or are careful with line of sight positioning (oh, but you can't really position the eye). Doors often have hostile mobs right on the other side of them too that you aggro as soon as you poof through to the other side, and some doors you even aggro stuff THROUGH the door as soon as you try to start pushing through it.

Lev trick involves playing in a window while levitating and alt-tabbing in and out of the window. The change in frame rates affects your bounce speed and somehow causes you to float up higher and higher into the air if you do it right. Or something like that!
