For what it's worth, Negligence was one of the nicer people I met while in VD. It was some of the others with extreme racist chat and degrading fellow guild mates about their RL jobs (not in a friendly razzing way) that made me decide I had enough. I've been told racism is the "in thing" though, with P1999 so I may remain untagged for quite a while, lol. If you know of a guild thats not racist and abusive of fellow guild mates, hit me up in game hehe.
