Is it possible to raise merchants faction?

There's a merchant that spawns at night in WK behind the house that Misty Storyswapper spawns by. I don't know if she'll sell to ogres or not, but she sells to at least some evils. You can try selling there.

Coming from Qeynos Hills, right after you zone in to WK, look to the left and you should see some houses nearby. She spawns behind the first house you come to, on the side closest the zone wall. A good merchant is there during the day. I think the evil one is up 10 PM to 8 AM game time.
