Here is how I feel about this:

So basically, American government shut down, because they can't agree on spending virtual money they didn't have in the first place on a law that already exists. On top of that, they can't agree to allow spending more virtual money they don't have and if they don't agree, they will have to default and they won't have enough money (which, again, they won't actually have anyway) to pay back people, who are right now being paid by the Fed for the money they used to make the loans but didn't have in the first place.

America: The finest of democracies, well fuckin' done!
