Honestly I cant remember. I never hung out in Kith, only went there to do quest turn ins back in the day.

Really hoping this gets fixed soon since I have a few quests waiting to be completed since the quest NPCs arent up.

Just asked a buddy of mine about it, he told me that they did despawn.

Sooo...no more Ivy Etched armor or SSoM until they fix this.

I just ran through an undead commander, he acted like I wasnt even there (I did not have IVU)

Absolutly, they spawn and despawn like clockwork. My nec used to eat them at night, and moved to High pass in the daytime.

I heared someone say that the quest mobs did spawn, but get pwned soon after by undead.

A ranger friend and I camped Leaf Falldim for a good half an hour, he never spawned and never got pwned. Unless he has a longer spawn time, he is just not spawning at all. And yes, it is screwing with ranger quest turn ins!

I have 2 Ivy etched quests to hand in , and this still hasnt been fixed - whats the problem?
