Golden Jaded Bracelets are 2ac 15hps 15mana, and not too spendy. It's harder to make PC jewelcrafters spawn selling them these days tho. That's the first thing I'd nab for a druid. You won't see more +mana using actual RMBs/Chipped Bone Bracers till you are well into your 30s in level anyways, and that extra 30hps may be the difference in zoning an orc legionnaire or dervish cutthroat and not. Either way, it's worth it buy a couple gold bars and jades and wait till you see a bored ENC in the east common tunnel and see if they'll hook ya up while waiting for someone on Dino island to bring them Diamonds and Black Sapphires.

Couple of those, a Savants cap, splitpaw hide gloves... Your best waist option (sadly) untill you can wtfpwn Bilge on your own is gonna be a thick leather apron or purity belt. I'd go purity belt for the extra str, and 10-15pp is about the asking price on those, well worth it.

Finally, can either score a prayer cloth of tunare cheaply, or buy a bracer of battle and hit Crushbone to do the turn in yourself. Best shoulders for you till Braided Ivory Cords.
