Am having the exact same problem.
I didn't at first. I followed the instructions and got it all to work and
got to play.
When I got my druid to 14 I was unable to scribe Spirit of Wolf
(the scroll said level 255 and the game said "your class can never learn this spell")

So I tried to fix things and ended up with the same error message at the
start of this post.
No success.
Any help?

I tried this.
When I click on the link I need (SoF boxed set) it tells me

"Sorry, the page you were looking for could not be found.
Suggested Actions
Check the URL that you have typed and retry."

Wanted to jump in on this: Savok I am using the Underfoot download from Steam which EQEmu said took over for the SoF or SoD (I dont remember which) should I use those UI files or what?

If you're receiving that error msg then you need to head to Savoks Link "Default UI Changes" and go to STEP 1 and just follow the directions there. takes about 30 seconds to download and install both of them, and it will fix your issue
