There's the executioner's quest in Qeynos.

I made a little game out of this. Collect as many gnoll teeth as possible. Then turn in the note to start the Executioner on her path. Run to the tavern and see how many moonstones I can exchange for ale before she gets there to kill him. As the silly bastard paths around the back of the bar it isn't always easy. Most I have gotten to turn in is 30.
