I know its hard for guild jumpers to understand but it is one of the most important factors with members in a guild. Loyal members make a strong guild...

I totally agree. In fact, the only difference I see a teams PvP rule set making is funneling the Nihilum opposition onto the same team, creating a forced truce amongst players that don't seem to get along under a FFA rule set. Then MAYBE over time loyalty to each other can be established, but I doubt it. Too much animosity has built up IMO.
