this is why i like teams, to me it changes the 'end game.' its not about getting BIS, its about defending your territory and assulting the enemys. people will are more likely to pvp over idealogy than loots.

I am saying that the new box should be built on a foundation of acting decent, and fun competition.

Examples are Guild VS Guild FORCED LnS LIKE 3.0 (I believe you created this rule? Or you were at least around.)

Not allowing people to spam RL attacks/racist jokes.

If people spam the same GM'S are corrupt, burn it down, ETC ETC get rid of them - we don't need that crowd here.

I am saying changing the general attitude on this server where people can be held accountable for their actions.

Having Nihilum roll up and corpse camp heresy's low 50's hate trash raid is unacceptable - If they wanted hate they could take it, and Heresy would be forced to leave.

They took it a step further, they killed us in hate, than went to the guild bind spot and literally camped them off the box. This was the only guild left in range to 60 on the box - you can't just allow people to act how they want, or it will turn into the same low population shit hole that it is now.

Solo PVP, people can just log off and wait it out - on a guild scale, corpse camping entire guilds - especially when the strength advantage is so one sided is just bad for the server.

Make some calls that piss people off - BANNING Holocaust was the right thing to do, we walled naggy twice in two weeks, we knew it was stupid.

Make Nihilum accountable to let losing guilds scoot, or whoevers on top - let people have a fun raid vs raid PVP where people can say good fight and the losers walk out.

I am not saying you need to get involved in every aspect of PVP - but don't feel guilty to get your hands dirty with the usual suspects this box pal - you have my support, and I hope you take a more proactive roll with fun competition/attitude of people on the box.

If people don't want to play here - give them a helping hand out the door. Probably a lot of repeated shit here I just mashed my keyboard gotta run.

Finally, a post with some truth in it. All the talk about a new server has very little to do with making something for everyone to enjoy, it's really about trying to find some rules to hide behind so you can theoretically "stick it to Nihilum". They'll thrive no matter where you throw them - while the rest of you unorganized angries will end up in the exact same spot you're in now.

You folks seem to think that just cause you can fight back it stops someone from ruining your whole raid.

I like FFA it is no different to teams. You create a team just by joining a guild. No matter what rules you adopt the only thing that can stop a butthurt dipshit from training your raid is a GM. The only thing that can stop a dood from griefing you over and over if you happen to afk for whatever reason is a bunch of friends or a GM.

Over moderation of a game makes things bad, but a kick in the arse when your being a retard keeps things well oiled and chugging along. This is why the world has police because ther is always some dipshit waiting to piss in your cherios and kick your dog while your not looking.

Many of the Nihilum here were Ruin on sullon zek, they got beaten by Darkenbane in many pvp engagements and Darkenbane was number 1 on pvp leaderboards with 10x the amount of points Ruin had. Darkenbane disbanded the guild and it took 3 years for Ruin to beat them in points!

They always controlled best spawns and had best gear and many of their players got banned for hacks(sound familiar).

When they tried to use egg shaped pumices with vendor recharge. Sony nerfed it!

The difference here No NERFS and DEV's and GM's letting trak teeth, soulfires and wands used on da regular by them!

Take away the clicks you take away their iron grip on the server leave it and your handing them the win by BS mechanics!

Dunno about these clickies but if the small groups think that is what is keeping them down why not go through a trial on red99 making them unusable and see what happens? Anyone who is really good at pvp surely wouldn't object right? (consumables win pvp btw, not always about gear)

- Spamming OOC with racial slurs/insults all day

- Guild VS Guild LNS calling - where the losing guild may get their gear and leave the zone for 2 hours or some shit

Unfortunately you can't expect people to come to the server when you got doods free basing oxy on a tinypic cam linked into ooc. People calling everyone "n" and acting as if they are some supreme bad arse gansta in a pixel box. Some of us are in law enforcement or have been and if you choose to snort your life away or racially attack folks that is your choice but do it elsewhere theres a whole bunch of servers on wow where everyone acts just like you.

You want to foster growth then some measure of honor and respect is needed. Over the top griefing, training and general common sense is really needed. Act a bit nicer you might get 30 more kills a day cause more folks are playing.
