NPC Spawn Issue: Upper Guk Nok Shamen

While camping the ancient croc, I was killing some of the nearby Frogloks. The Nok shaman there dropped two things I don't think should drop (yet). First, it dropped Tsu Shaman Powder; according to allas, this should only drop from Tsu shamen, not Nok's. Secondly, it dropped the Nok Shaman Powder, which it should.

However, both of these items are only for Kunark-era quests (Tsu powder for canni II, and Nok for Illusion: Iksar), so I'm guessing they're not supposed to be on the spawn table yet.

Yun is for Canni2.

Tsu is for defoliate.

Actually Tsu is neither. It's for the druid plant charm. Either way, still Kunark.
