God you nerds can't even set up a function...

Just call hotels, book a conference room 3+ months in advance and PR it; pretty much all you got to do besides collect $$$ from pals registering to come.

Use that $$$ for catering and booze then sit around eating cheap shrimp and drinking bud light like the nerds that you are.
