variance is dumb, look at tmo activate and watch us out-recruit it my point: tmo is way bigger than nihilum activate and you'll have to try not saying y'all couldn't bridge the gap, i just don't know where all the new blood will come from or if it will come quick enough before you'd start feeling the effects of variance the inconsistency means more of your people have to try harder, which is.. hard | ||
