This is something I've factored in my understandings of response times, and yes, you did nail it.

However, scoring this point for you, does not mean Colgate is wrong.

Colgate is asking for a consistent ruling on what happened to Rettiwalk vs what happened to whoever stripped Beovvulf. In fact, many of us are.

It boils down to this.

Unban the people involved in the account strippings, or ban the people that stripped Beovvulf.

Where Colgate's understandstable frustration comes from, that is shared by the community, is that a certain alleged individual has been able to BREAK ANY RULE HE WANTS and get away with it. Many of us have been hoping that would change.

It's up to you. There's something very understable about you being extremely busy given recent events (and congrats on the win), but there's also something you may want to look at objectively as well and then decide why when you deal with Colgate or many others... why they are so outraged.

I usually agree with you but it would be hard to find better staff than we have. It is an unpaid job dealing with a bunch of angry gamers. A bunch of people who all think they are smarter than you, bashing you, while you are donating your time. I don't know how they log in as much time as they do for this box.
