its pretty cut and dry, they would exp/farm pixels, brainz felt that he did most of the work, which i have no doubt he did, and reclaimed what he felt was his.

But see there lies the problem. Those pixels were given to pappa, or xaezus, for there contribution. Brainz see's it as oh all of this is mine. Thats simply not how it works.

This whole thing reminds me of EZPK v2. Azrael was full of these kinds of people. you're krew included, although you never took it to extremes like stealing items, you guys simply just cherry picked people you needed to farm the pixels with while telling yourselves oh we are doing them a favor they get to loot and get exp. When in reality those cherry picked people could have been getting better exp and helping the guild out more then farming crypt and shit.

brainz krew, sealer krew, was basically why we didnt have a functioning guild. these little groups lured our clerics and our dps out of groups, that could have been leveling with pudge or bamzal, which sealer did not allow in the groups because of EXP penalty. This is just simply not what a guild does and pretty much set the tone for the downfall of azrael.

During my tenure as a leader it was like pulling teeth trying to get these guys out of seb to help the guild fight for shit unless it was something they benefited from...
Hate to burst your bubble Sickpuppy, but even a few times myself I came down there on Wendolyn to have Sealer/Brainz tell me they didn't have a spot and were farming their 3rd-4th Fungis, when Colgate and a few others needed them badly.... That of course had me livid and Lite proceeded to defend them till the end of the guilds demise.. Had it been me solely in control, I would have removed them on the spot and taken over their camp... I don't tolerate and or condone promoting selfishness, which Is something Sealer/Brainz/and yourself have been renown for quite sometime now.

or this is like someone robs your house, you present enough hard enough evidence to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt, and the judge says "nah i don't like your attitude, too bad"

I would say its more like a misunderstanding on a video game and then someone nerd raging, insulting a volunteer, and probably demanding a decision be reversed when he could have just been cool about it.

The life lesson here is mistakes happen and if you are calm/polite about it people are more willing to help you out.

foregoing equal rule enforcement just because someone threatens your ego is not healthy for the server's integrity

this exact thing is the main reason that the server has had low population

not a lack of guard assist, not slow exp, not coin loss, but the piss-poor handling of rule enforcement by the entire staff involved here except for maybe sirken

Btw Colgate, I agree with you on what should have happened and who was right in this scenario. I'm just adding that knowing how to work people and how to treat them with respect is 90% of the battle in most scenarios. We are all at the mercy of a dictatorship on this server, so calling the nazis retards, no matter who is correct, isn't the best way to go.
