Hi Mojojojojo, i remember you from back in the day. I'm also very new to this server but haven't experience high level douchbaggery yet, only read about it here.
The VZ honorable pvp rule-set was a very special player made system. To this day, i'm still amazed at what the top guilds on that server were able to pull off in terms of establishing and enforcing a server wide rule set. I don't think you will ever find a game/server that will replicate it on that level. Unless the game is designed to prohibit weak pvp tactics like OOR healing, CCing, training, etc, it will be in existence. The only way to effectively enforce a player made rule-set is to blacklist attention starved greifers and make it impossible for them to join a competent guild or do anything with constant pvp. Unfortunately, with a population of ~100/night, that is impossible to pull off. This is a new server and can only partially replicate the old days.
