However, making it statles, worthless items, just punishes unsuspecting people.
Considering it was the baseline and entire reason I rolled a Warrior (anything else, but I cant play untwinked tanks) I'd be pretty upset considering his strength would plummet overinight.
Also even of the Dwarven set, Planar BPs are considerably better. There's a reason I call it my MINI-Planar
