Spawn Variance with anti camping rules is the only way to go.
People have already posted example situations where being in a zone first = "claiming" the mob rule will ALWAYS result in problems, variance or not. People will just sit in the zone even longer, that's all, and both guilds will still be there at the same time. +12/-12 hour spawn variance and you're not allowed in the zone until the raid target spawns. | ||
