I plugged in my N64 about a year ago and started up Goldeneye. The session lasted all of an hour once I realized that replaying it was actually worsening my opinion of it.

For the time that game was just... man that was a good game. Pretty sure it was a slumber party essential for a solid 5 years.
Yea lol it is funny to go back and play an N64 game back when we thought it was so fucking bad ass. The graphics are horrible now (even with that graphics expansion pack or whatever, I used to think that thing was so sick) and the sticks on my controllers don't work too well anymore. 007 was definitely an awesome sleepover game though. We would play the hell outta that shit like all night until one of our moms got pissed and made us go to bed at 3-4am haha. For us it was between that and Perfect Dark and there was some star wars game that I can't remember the name of but I do remember that you would take out the walkers using the ropes and you would fly around their legs.

I play goldeneye:source. It's a nice remake of goldeneye in the form of a half life 2 mod on steam.
