You mean if that there are hundreds of people on this server that would break the rules if the ip block wasn't in place? or do you mean that the admins or the community wouldn't notice and would turn a blind eye?

I know if I'm working slave labor to gain my levels and i see someone cheating by multiboxing and permanently having a group i'm gonna be like FUUuuuuuck you and report them

What he means is this; If you think removing the ip block and simply telling people not to box is going to keep people from boxing, you are helplessly delusional.
Hell, even with the ip block there are people boxing.
