I doubt you are this Naive.... When you have to go offset to buy stuff with real money it is a pretty clear indicator that it isn't allowed by server staff. Anyone that says "I didn't know" I would question strongly... You have to sign up on this site just to start after all. I think anyone would ask the question "Is it allowed" before spending money on a 2nd party site.

I saw sandows wtb stuff in ec that theres no way a noob could get. I knew exactly what he did. He was either 1) full of shit about being a newb and had a higher level to twink with or 2) buying plat. I have one toon and have only made a little over 5k after 49 levels and im still wearing leather studded boots on a 49druid. Most of that money has come from porting, and I know an SK cant port for money. SO dude ur full of crap and stop coming back here looking for sympathy. You said goodbye, so leave. once again. i didnt sign myself up. and once again. this is the first game ive ever played that this has been an issue... if this has never been a problem before why would you think it was a problem now

I've been wanting to start up a new toon recently. No plat No gear. It's one of my favorite parts of EQ. When you get that bronze chestpiece drop your like HELL YEA!!!! or that first fine steel weapon!
Those twinks you were playing with (if they aren't banned for RMT now) were players who leveled a toon or a couple legit and have enough plat to twink more alts.
I think there's a thread around here where someone is starting a guild? or group of from scratch no twinks to level together.
Hope you re-roll legit.
