Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems like it will permanently break this quest, won't it? Didn't you just fix this quest in another thread? Do you really want to make this quest permanently broken? I understand not finishing certain quest lines where particular quests were not added till later, but this seems like a case where 'original intent' was to be able to finish the quest.

Yep, looks to be permanently broken. It's not that I want the quest to be broken forever, but that's how it was regardless of original intent.
