Also, considering you have never been a friend of mine, I highly doubt you know what is or isn't true. Trolls will troll (pretty much why your guilds never succeed), so I will leave it at that. Try surrounding yourself with better people, maybe you will find happiness and start to enjoy EQ.

But, I concur with never being guilded with you. It will never happen. You are one of very few people who I actually do not like, and you're a dick. It would be very interesting to see what happens if you did come back.

The problem is that people just give up and run off with all the gear that the opposition guild has provided them time and again. its demoralizing as fuck and causes xenophobia which in turn exacerbates the issue of having to field a large number of people. I have lost count of how many people have taken advantage of me and everyone else outside if nihilum, because it happens more often than not. I don't understand why people play here and join nihilum. This is a pvp server yet people seem to flock to a guild that logs in one day a week to kill a spawn rotation unopposed, then log off.

exactly this, me running things during the day to day, leveling up the lower levels, getting people the gear they need, and then the "leaders" logging in and calling bullshit plays. not going to run someones guild 90% of the time for casual officers to log in and make the wrong call and not listening to me. I tried guys.

Also the blame lite motto that was deep seeded within certain elements of the guild, it coulda been lite, it could of been anyone. We still would have lost to nihi head to head contesting if you arn't willing to make the right call and retool the guild in the right class makeup and gear. I'm not saying lite made the right calls either(soul fires are not going to win against nihilum). But blaming lite and refusing to log in is not what the leadership should do, you fix the situation. you lead. for the record every one of my suggestions that was followed (sniping trak), (slowing down on the draco snipe), worked out. Every single one of my suggestions (not going after trak head to head, not going after inny head to head) turned out exactly how i said it would. right down to the fallout aspect of it. (the guild disbanding).
