Spells: Spells lvl255

255 was implemented to make the spells classic. I think its more difficult to remove the entry for the class, while its a simple database edit to make the level too high for the class to mem in-game. So while this note is not classic, the change was made to make these <L60 spells classically inaccessible to the appropriate classes.
