And as a 52 rogue grouping with a 52 paladin 50 warrior killing random dark blues in burning woods I can confirm exp is still leet 3x. I am getting 1% basically every kill save light blues. halfling 10% bonus ontop of it all though helps some.

This is what i said, but had like 5 people all tell me i was wrong in ooc last night =P
