I could paste the quotes of the multiple times people have said that Trayvon assaulted Zimmerman. False assumption, there is no real evidence of that. You want to talk about what is legal? The only facts actually known are that Zimmerman called the police, was told to defer to the police, and then confronted the kid and shot him. That's all anyone knows. So shut the fuck up and stop acting like Trayvon assaulted Zimmerman, you don't know that. What we do know, is that he confronted a kid holding a bag of skittles with a gun. It doesn't matter what he thought the kid was doing. He turned out to be wrong. He also failed to mention any assault in his first police testimony, and in his later statements there is no way to verify it.

I was accused of failing to reconcile these facts with the law. Let's reconcile them now: it is ILLEGAL to shoot an unarmed suspect. While I'm on the subject of the law, we all know laws are not perfect, and are therefore changing all the time. Building on this, let me also add that several Florida laws are about as old and stupid as its populous, and needs much changing. However, even under such an assbackward southern state as Florida, the law would still provide grounds for locking up Zimmer. Guilty. Anyone thinking different was born out their mother's arse, making that person an arsebirth incapable of sitting down without breaking his/her neck.

THat's something I have an issue with: How come women adults who do sex things with minor males get 30 days, while male adults who do sex things with minors of any kind get years? Where's the equality in that? Make the women do years as well!
