I could reinterpret this as
"Please make it zone wide so on a repop day, if we zone in and aren't sure if they've engaged yet or not, we can save ourselves some time running and seeing if there's a corpse before trying to get to the next target"

It's more like "please change this so some competeting guild that rushes the zone and attacks fay while its being pulled don't think they have FTE and a GM has to get involved"
