Nilbog if it would please the court, this spell had different functionality in PvP vs PvE.

I think it was unresistable in PvE and sent mobs to their bind.

However, it is documented as having a brief stun and applying a very small shadow step to the player in PvP.

Its data suggests that it is indeed resistable in PvP:

pvpresistcap -78

Being a stun, it should make an all or nothing type of roll when making a check.

Right now it is counting the dispel as the primary component and making it unresistable, I believe.
