Can we get some more info from you?

What OS are you running?

What sort of graphics card and amount of RAM?

Processor? Is it a dual or quad core?

Also, in your EQ directory, there is a folder labeled "Logs" inside is a .txt file dbg. When you crash, copy and paste the last 20 lines or so of that in your response.
