You argue that "things are not perfect," and in the same breath argue that explicit institutional racism against black people specifically doesn't exist. The history and state of African Americans in this country is different from any other minority you oddly lump together into one giant group. I understand why an "Anti-'White-Guilter'" like yourself indulges in a color-blind philosophy-- largely to make yourself feel better and atone for the privileges you're privy to-- but it's a self-serving and ignorant philosophy.
