Yea, this is the biggest problem I see: the races neither have balanced classes nor balanced distributions. Alliances will amount to delaying the inevitable.

This IS a cool idea. I'd just like us halflings to not get crushed on day one [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Perhaps if alliances made were permanent and irrevocable then things would work out.
