no the elections will take place as soon as we have 15+ for the race in question

you can begin campaigning for your leadership immediately though (i recommend east commonlands)

The reason I ask is that I cant seem to select yes under the leadership question. every time I choose yes and save the changes it automatically reverts to no for some reason
